When will I receive my order?
We strive to deliver products in 5-7 business days.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we do charge INR 80.00 for orders below INR 500.00.
Do you deliver in my area?
Titas shall find you wherever you are in India as long as you get our mail! However, based on logistical concerns, it might take us longer to get to specific locations. Please feel free to contact us on our Toll-Free number 1800 103 1990 for any delivery-related queries. We make every attempt to ensure that you get what you want at your selected location, and that too as soon as possible.
I want my products to be delivered to a different address
We try to ship your order as soon as possible. Hence, the shipping address can only be altered before your order acquires the “In Process” stage. (You can look this up in your account or call us for assistance).
Tip: Your shipping address (your delivery address) can very well differ from your billing address (registered under the credit card you are paying with). This enables you to ship a surprise order to a loved one in another location. Moreover, you may add multiple addresses to your account and then select any of those when placing an order.
My order has not arrived yet!
If you have not received your order during the slated period, please contact us on our Toll-Free number 1800 103 1990 or online@titasretail.com so that we can follow up on your order and update you on the status.
What happens if I’m not present to receive the order?
Our logistics provider will then try to call you to deliver the order. In case you are not
available to take the delivery at the first attempt, you may suggest a preferred time of delivery and a second attempt will be made after confirming with you. If the order is not received on the second attempt, then the order comes back to our warehouse. Somebody from our team will get in touch with you to inform you of the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, will be processed within 7 days.
How do I know my order has been dispatched?
You will be informed once the order ships out from our end. We'll also provide you with the tracking number so you can keep a tab on your online order until you receive it.
What if I receive an incorrect article or a tampered parcel?
At Titas, we strive hard to give you a great shopping experience. But just in case you have received a tampered parcel, show the delivery agent what you mean and call us on our Toll-Free number to lodge a complaint mentioning the same. Please do not accept the package.
How do I track my order?
We are responsible for the delivery of your order from the time you have placed and confirmed your order with us. After we have dispatched your shipment, you will receive the order tracking number to track the delivery status of your parcel.
